More relaxed booking edits

Good news — making changes to an active booking is now a lot easier:

  • Full editing freedom when the boat is claimed but the trip hasn't started yet

  • You can now switch to a different boat model — as long as the trip hasn’t started

  • Editing ongoing trips is now smoother — even when pickup’s in the past

  • Past pickup times are visible again in the UI (no more disappearing time fields)

  • It’s now visually clearer which boat is linked to a trip. So you instantly see that it's unavailable for others

We also fixed an issue where availability could show up incorrectly when editing a booking.

Custom phone number settings

Admins now get full flexibility: make the phone number field required, optional, or remove it entirely. Shape your booking flow the way you want it.

Advanced conditions per customer type

We already supported standard rules—but now you can handle almost every edge case. Set precise conditions per customer group: how far in advance they can book, on which days, with how many people, and more.

Even the most specific scenarios are now possible using AND/OR logic. Everything runs automatically in the background. Got a fun edge case in mind? We’re happy to help.

Sync your bookings to your personal calendar

You can now connect Let’s Book to your Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. All your upcoming bookings will automatically appear in your calendar — so you’re always up to date, wherever you are.

Smart Alternatives

Smarter bookings, fewer drop-offs

We’ve added a powerful new feature to avoid ‘dead ends’ in the booking flow: Smart Alternatives. If a boat is unavailable, we suggests a similar one from the same category — keeping customers on board and your calendar nicely filled.

To get started:

  • Go to your boats, select a boat, and click Edit.

  • You'll now see a Category dropdown. Use it to assign the boat to an existing category—or create a new one that fits your fleet.

  • Want full control? You can turn off automatic suggestions per category or on the alternatives page.

If no boats are available that day, we’ll suggest alternative time slots or dates — so your customers stay in the flow.

Stripe users can now choose their own payment methods

We've upgraded our Stripe integration, giving you even more flexibility in how you accept payments. You can now choose exactly which payment methods you want to offer your customers:

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay – Fast and secure mobile payments.

  • Swish – Popular in Sweden for instant bank transfers.

  • iDEAL, Blik, Link, Bancontact, Giropay, Przelewy24 & More – Regional favorites across Europe.

  • Revolut Pay & Amazon Pay – Modern alternatives with global reach.

By selecting only the methods that suit your audience, you streamline the checkout process and increase conversion rates.

Pass the booking fee to your customers

We're introducing a new feature that gives you more flexibility in handling booking fees. Instead of absorbing the platform fee yourself, you can now pass it on directly to your customers.

Key Benefits:

  • Better Margin Control – Ensure your profits are unaffected by platform fees.

  • Flexible Pricing – Decide whether to absorb the fee or pass it on.

  • Seamless Integration – The fee is automatically added to the final customer price at checkout.

Go to text & languages to add your preferred languages.

Next, visit the notifications section to customize and fine-tune the emails you send out.

Our new contract & waiver integration

Excited to announce our new contract integration in Let's Book! Customers can now easily sign waivers or contracts and snap photos before or after their trip. We’re excited to partner with WaiverForever, a modern and affordable platform that makes managing all these documents a breeze.

How it works

Booking confirmation with link
After booking, your customer receives a booking confirmation with a waiver link. They can easily click the link to access the waiver form.

Sign the waiver or contract
Customers can sign the waiver electronically. You can configure whether only the primary renter needs to sign, or if all passengers must sign the waiver.

As a boat rental owner, you can see in Let's Book which waivers are signed. If necessary, customers can sign the waiver at the dock before departure.

We have effectively integrated the waivers into the system. You can easily view the waiver status for each booking directly in your schedule, and you can also filter by waiver status in the bookings overview.

You can now choose the date picker that best fits your type of boat rental.

  • Smart: Let the system automatically decide between the single or multi-day interface.

  • Primarily single day: Select this if most of your rentals are for the same day.

    This way, customers are always nudged in the right direction while booking.

Work with resellers such as hotel concierges or tourist information points to sell trips, by booking directly into your system. Cut out back and forth phone calls to confirm bookings.

How it works

  • Create a custom URL for your partners/resellers via widgets.

  • Share this unique URL with your partner and provide embedding instructions.

  • Optionally set a custom price for this partner. When setting a price, under "conditions," select "booked via partner" and then proceed with the desired settings..

  • Easily track bookings within your Let's Book dashboard using the unique partner identifier assigned to each URL.

  • Implemented a condition that allows you to hide/show add-ons based on trip lengths. This simplifies tasks like assigning a captain to a trip and accurately pricing it. When adding an add-on, search for the condition 'trip duration'.

At Let's Book, we've made it possible for you to link a boat to a booking and track the booking's progress with color-coded indicators: green for smooth sailing, yellow for setting sail soon, and red for "oops, they're running late!”
By doing this you get a comprehensive overview of which boats are docked or out making waves.

Allow customers to cancel their own bookings.

Here it is: the option for customers to cancel their trip themselves. But of course, not just anyone can do it: as the rental owner, you determine which customer types are allowed to cancel (for example, only your members), and under what conditions.

Go to customer types, select the role you want to edit, and find the section called 'cancellation settings'. You can also add a specific message before cancellation, for example, to communicate the cancellation conditions.

Customers can start, pause, and end their trips remotely, all within their booking window.

Before Departure: The customer receives an SMS with a link to their booking detail page. On this page, they can browse available boats for their selected time slot and make their choice.

After the Trip: Upon returning from their trip, the customer can easily switch off the boat, signaling the end of their trip. As the rental owner, you have access to the entire trip timeline on the booking detail page, providing valuable insights into the journey.
